Arriving at Oxford
By Train: It's a 15 minute walk from Oxford's train station to the conference venue at St. John's College
By bus: It's a 5 minute walk from Oxford's central bus station (Gloucester Green bus stop).
By car: Parking spaces in Oxford's city centre are limited. Worcester Car Park near the train station is a good option.
By flight: The closest airport is London Heathrow (45 miles). From there you can take the express coach called 'The Airline', which takes you to Oxford's central bus station (Gloucester Green bus stop).

Accommodation
Accommodation in Oxford can book out quickly. We have a limited capacity of guest rooms available in the college, directly at the conference site. The costs are £80-100, per night. For room bookings, please email events@sjc.ox.ac.uk.
